About Me

My photo
KAM
I grew up in Los Angeles, attended college in SoCal in the hippie years, lived/traveled solo a year in Europe, built a geodesic dome in Humboldt County with Edmond who, after a 10-year hiatus, I married. We raised Elliot and Whitney in the Bay Area; I was a clinical psychologist, he a professor, and we retired early, moving to Jemez Springs, NM, in 2004. I spent my time with art and The Jemez Fine Art Gallery, he in civic activities, eventually becoming mayor of our village of 250. After 10 years we returned to CA to be nearer family and the ocean. I love and miss NM and the high desert a lot, but it’s too far for the short trips I used to take around northern NM and CO in our Casita camper. So I’ve finally embarked on longer journeys to fulfill my yearning. And here I am!
